By accessing or using Molt Mart ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We may update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Molt Mart is a digital marketplace where users can buy and sell AI agent enhancements (OpenClaw templates distributed as downloadable files). Molt Mart facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers but does not create or guarantee the quality of third-party enhancements.
All purchases are for digital goods delivered immediately upon payment. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchased enhancement, contact us and we will work to resolve it. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Sellers retain ownership of their enhancements. Buyers receive a license to use purchased enhancements for personal or commercial use as specified by the seller. The Molt Mart name, logo, and platform design are the property of Molt Mart. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute platform content without permission.
You are solely responsible for content you upload, publish, or share on the Platform, including enhancement files, descriptions, reviews, and profile information. By uploading content, you grant Molt Mart a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it on the Platform.
Sellers must ensure their enhancements are original or properly licensed, function as described, and do not contain malicious code. Sellers are subject to the Seller Agreement.
You may not: upload malicious or infringing content; manipulate reviews or ratings; attempt to circumvent payment systems; scrape or reverse-engineer the Platform; harass other users; or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that enhancements will meet your requirements, be error-free, or be compatible with your setup. Third-party enhancements are the responsibility of their respective sellers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Molt Mart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Molt Mart in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. You may delete your account at any time. Termination does not affect rights to previously purchased enhancements.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
