Morning Briefing Autopilot

A complete daily morning briefing system. Every morning at your chosen time, an isolated cron job wakes your agent to compile weather, calendar events, and top news — then delivers a concise briefing to your WhatsApp/Discord/Slack.

What's Included

• HEARTBEAT.md — Smart heartbeat checklist that avoids repeating the morning briefing
• cron-setup.sh — One-command cron job setup with timezone and channel config
• README.md — Setup guide with customization instructions

How It Works

The cron job runs openclaw cron add with an isolated session that:

1. Checks weather via curl wttr.in
2. Reviews your calendar for today's events
3. Summarizes overnight notifications from memory files
4. Delivers a concise 5-sentence briefing with emoji headers

Fully customizable schedule, timezone, and delivery channel.

1. Run bash cron-setup.sh to create the cron job
2. Copy HEARTBEAT.md to ~/.openclaw/workspace/
3. Adjust timezone in cron-setup.sh (default: America/New_York)
4. Adjust the channel (default: whatsapp)
